Our high-quality student rooms in Steyr range in size from 18 to 22 m² and are fully equipped. Each of the 10 single rooms has its own bathroom – including shower, toilet and washbasin.
WiFi, internet and TV connection are available in every room.
On each floor, five residents share a spacious communal kitchen.
The train station, bus station, shopping facilities (Hofer, Billa Plus), the historic city center and the campus of the Steyr University of Applied Sciences are located in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

We are a non-smoking house, however there is a large ashtray in the courtyard which we are happy to provide.
Our service – your advantage
In the Steyr student residence, the bathrooms of the student rooms are cleaned once a month, while the communal kitchens and common areas are cleaned twice a month.
In addition, vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies are available free of charge on each floor.
The ironing board and clothes drying rack can also be used at any time.
This way your living environment remains tidy and you can concentrate on your studies.
