Our modern student residence in Steyr was built in 2012 and offers you high-quality accommodation during your studies or for a longer stay.
The central location in the city center of Steyr ensures short distances: The Steyr University of Applied Sciences, train station, bus station and shopping facilities such as Billa Plus, Hofer and pharmacies can be reached in a few minutes.
The student residence offers 10 fully equipped single rooms, each with its own bathroom. This is complemented by spacious common areas that ensure comfortable and uncomplicated living.

On the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
In addition, a covered bicycle parking area and various everyday items such as vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies, clothes racks, ironing boards and irons are available free of charge.
Two rental bikes are also available.
Sustainable living in the Steyr student residence
Sustainability is an integral part of our concept. The Steyr student residence is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump. In addition, since 2022 we have been generating some of our own electricity with a photovoltaic system on the roof.
A 21 kWh electricity storage system ensures that a large portion of the self-generated electricity can be used even when the sun is not shining.
