The modernly furnished guest rooms in the Steyr student residence are centrally located in the city center of Steyr.
During the lecture-free period (February and July to mid-September) we rent out vacant rooms.
to interns and temporary workers.
Our guest rooms range in size from 18 to 22 m². Each of the 10 single rooms has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
WiFi and internet access are available in all rooms.
The communal kitchens can be used if needed and are ideal for self-caterers.
The train station, bus station, shopping facilities (grocery stores, drugstore) and the historic city center of Steyr are within easy walking distance.

All prices include VAT, excluding local tax (€2.40 per night).
Minimum stay: 10 nights.
Students and pupils receive a 10% discount. on the listed guest room prices.
Interns are exempt from the local tax upon presentation of appropriate proof.
Our service – your advantage
As part of our guest room rental service, we provide eating utensils, cooking utensils, bedding and bed linen.
The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned once a week.
All guest rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi.
The price per night decreases with increasing length of stay.
